Meet Demeter, a very special kitty on the hunt for an equally special forever home.

As an undomesticated girl, Demeter prefers to navigate life on her own terms. She is quite unsure around humans, but she does recognise that they serve two important functions: providing delicious meals and ensuring her warmth and safety.

She has made some great strides in foster care, becoming much less prone to hissing. However, Demeter would not be suited to an indoor lifestyle. She much prefers the great outdoors and would make an excellent farm cat – she is named after the Greek goddess of harvest and agriculture after all!

In her ideal forever home, she would live outside, with access to food and shelter – preferably a cozy shed or barn where she can unwind. In return, Demeter promises to put her hunting prowess to good use in keeping the mice at bay.
