Sally is a gorgeous Border Collie. Small for the breed but packed full of energy and enthusiasm. She would be too lively for very young children. While she shows no aggression towards other dogs she does have a strong herding instinct so, initially would do better as an only dog. She would not be suitable for a house with cats as she would love to chase them. She is strong on her lead , but is a quick learner. We dont think she has lived indoors before we got her, so does need some house training.

Adoption Fee: Adoption fee for a dog is €100. Adoption fee for a cat/kitten is €100 with a reduced fee for 2.
Adoption Process:
Adopters are asked to contact us and provide a phone number.
We will call the adopter and discuss there requirements and set up .
Potential adopters are encouraged to come and meet the animal in our shelter.
If the adopters already have a dog they will be asked to bring it along and walk it with their chosen dog.
For dogs we do a home check to ensure that the property is secure and suitable for the dog being adopted.
We then allow adopters to take the animal home for a trial period , usually a week.
If all goes well we have a homing agreement and the homing fee needs to be paid.
The microchip will be transferred and the adopter talked through the process needed to register the animal in their name.
