More about Marvel
Marvel is a Belgium Shepherd who was 2 in September. He has lived in a home since August 2022 until he retuned to our kennels in Mid January. Marvel is doing well in a lot of ways in the kennels. His confidence has really boosted, easy to put on a lead and he is good with all the men at the kennels. He originally had a fear of some men. Really great to walk, he is a gentleman, sits waiting for his ball to he thrown and will bring it back to you. Have found him excellent with the other dogs both big and small. Not possessive with his toys with other dogs either. Marvel has a lovely temperament but can just be a little wary initially but not aggression at all just a little nervous when first arrived but within a couple of days he was comfortable with the lady at the kennels.
We find him anxious in the kennel, he takes out his frustration on toys and has to be kept busy doing something. The second he is out of kennel he is a different dog, so calm and relaxed. I imagine in a house he would be a lot more settled but he’s doing ok too, he’s putting on weight and doing well on the sensitive food as he had an upset tummy when he came back, he may need to continue on that food in a new home until he is settled but he may not need it. We feel older children would suit Marvel better as he is a bit nervous to begin with.
Marvel is neutered, chipped, vaccinated, wormed and deflead.
