Regrettably, Sam’s previous forever home did not work out, and he is now in search of a retirement home where he can spend the remaining years of his life. As a true Labrador at heart, Sam finds joy in playing ball, relaxing by the fire, and wearing his emotions on his sleeve. Offering him ham as treats will surely win you some extra points!

Sam has a special fondness for children who understand dogs and doesn’t mind the company of other dogs as long as they respect his boundaries. However, he is not suitable for a home with cats.

At approximately 8 years old, Sam is already neutered, microchipped, and up to date with his vaccinations. While he may exhibit some resource guarding tendencies with his toys, this can be easily managed with a dog-savvy approach.
