Jess is a wonderfully sweet and sociable cat who loves attention, gentle affection and being close to her people. She enjoys being petted and likes to keep you company, often relaxing in the same room.
She also has an independent side: sometimes she likes to rest peacefully on her own in different cosy spots and may prefer not to be disturbed while she is sleeping or taking some quiet time. Jess is not especially fond of being lifted or carried, but once she feels comfortable and secure, she may happily sit on your lap or settle beside you on the couch.

She enjoys following ribbons, playing with foam balls and using her scratching post/tree. She also likes scratching paper and cardboard, so she will appreciate plenty of suitable toys and materials that she can safely bite and scratch.

Jess is very friendly, but she is also sensitive, and changes can feel worrying for her, so she may be a little shy during her first few days in a new home. But with patience, kindness and time to build trust, her loving and affectionate personality will definitely shine through.
