Tony is an ex coursing boy, he is big at 42kgs but the most placid gentle boy you will meet. His foster mum describes him as perfect.
Tony is really easy going, albeit a bit stubborn at times, life must be on his terms. 😁.
He is fabulous to walk. Pays no attention to traffic or loud vehicles or bikes and as in foster in Bishopstown, it is a busy place.
Tony is great in the house, doesn’t steal or counter surf like most sighthounds. He is very well behaved. We had Daphne a greyhound visitor for a day recently, he was very excited when she came in, but settled down and they got on fine.
He sleeps downstairs in the hallway, and whines sometimes but copes with being ignored! He refused point blank to go into the crate for me and he was too strong to force. So I just put the bed beside the crate and now he goes into the crate when it suits him. I’ve never closed the crate. He gets up when he hears you coming downstairs. Just an all round easy greyhound that would slot in anywhere.
Tony is neutered, vaccinated including kennel, chipped and ready for his life as a family pet.

Please note we are in North Cork and adopters must be willing to travel to our kennels to meet the dogs and if applicable bring their own dog with them
