More about Cabrini
Cabrini is a 1 year old short haired collie, in need of love and gentle affection. Underneath her shy and nervous disposition when meeting new people, there’s a strong personality appearing once she’s feeling safe and settled in a quiet environment, away from crowded areas and traffic.
Whist being friendly when interacting with other dogs, she would need to be an only dog or live with a bigger dog that won’t mind her being bossy in the home. She is currently in foster with a male collie and while they get on well, she does tell him what to do, not all dogs would be ok with this.
Cabrini is very good on a lead, curious and loves to explore new places and everything in her path. She still needs time with house training.
Cabrini would flourish best with a family that can give her a lot of affection, attention and mental stimulation throughout the day to prevail her from boredom and chewing up house items.
Cabrini came to us from Kerry pound in January, she was a very nervous girl when she first arrived but has made great progress with her foster family. She will need an understanding and patient family to continue the work her foster family are putting in.
Cabrini is not a fan of cats and will need a fully secure garden.
Cabrini is spayed, microchipped, fully vaccinated including KC, worm and flea treated.
Home visit and adoption fee apply.
