Meet Penelope! 🐾
Penelope is a sweet and playful girl who’s slowly but surely learning to trust humans. She adores head cuddles and will happily accept pets—especially if you come bearing her favourite treat: ham! She loves chasing little balls and playing with anything she can bat around.
Although she’s still a bit shy and may startle with sudden movements, Penelope is making great progress and has started responding well to gentle attention from her foster. She also enjoys the company of other cats and has been playing happily with her feline foster sibling. With a bit of patience and a lot of love, this cuddly girl will blossom into a wonderful companion.

CDPA does not have a physical shelter and we rely on our network of amazing foster carers to house and care for our kitties.
