Beautiful sweet Dorothy is looking for a loving forever home!
She is a clever, quiet and gentle girl. She loves her comfort, snuggles and an occasional wander around the house. Dorothy was a much loved and well cared for cat all her life but sadly lost her guardian earlier this year. It was very difficult for her to adjust to all the changes since then, but she kept her sweet nature and will be a wonderful companion for someone who is ready to give her the time she needs to settle in. Once she does, she would be very happy to be rubbed, picked up and carried around in your arms.
We are searching for a quiet home for this lovely girl, ideally a single person or a couple with no young kids. It would be too hard for Dorothy to adjust to a noisy home where there’s a lot movement.
Her new guardian(s) will need to be very gentle and patient to let her explore and adapt at her own pace. She will need to stay strictly indoors until she is fully adapted to her new home and familiarised with her new environment. After that she’d be happy to occasionally go outside for a bit of fresh air, she is unlikely to go far as she really enjoys the comfort of indoor life.

Adoption Fee: €40 for not yet neutered kittens, €60 for neutered cats and kittens, €80 for neutered and microchipped cats
Adoption Process:
We send an adoption form to confirm whether potential adopter’s circumstances are suitable for taking a cat or kitten. Successful applicants are visited at their residence by our volunteer for a home check. Prior to arranging collection of the adopted cat, we provide their family with advice on how to organise the arrival of their new companion and all best practices to care for the animal. Two copies of an adoption agreement are signed on the day of collection, and adoption fee received.
